Refund policy

Our refund policy is such: If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so please choose carefully.

Any damaged goods should be notified by emailing us at within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace immediately if any goods are damaged during delivery. Replacement items are subject to availability, and if we do not have that particular item stocked we will keep you informed as to when delivery will be made. Please ensure all damaged goods are returned to Lil'Lads Boutique in their original and unused condition, with their original packing within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

If you do need to exchange an item it must be returned within 7 days. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging ).Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then provide you with a store credit or requested size change. Returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered will not be exchanged or refunded.

Please email us at advising your order number and which item(s) you wish to return.  We will email you back with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.  After you receive this RA number, return your package within 7 days to the below address.

When exchanging a $5.99 re-delivery charge will be charged. 

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the goods at the store.
